Technical Support and Warranties

Warranty and technical support services are provided subject to the following conditions:

A- For Software:

1. Payment of service fees without delay or procrastination.
2. No misuse or intentional abuse of the service.
3. The software must be one of our programs or services, and not a third party's, such as but not limited to SMS service providers or any other party.
4. Support is provided directly to the client only. We do not respond to the client's employees unless written authorization is provided by the client. The client bears all consequences of such authorization.

B- For Hardware:

1. The device must be purchased through us.
2. No misuse or intentional abuse of the service.
3. The device must not have been dropped, exposed to unstable electrical current, or liquid damage.

Terms and Conditions of Use

1. You have not been previously banned from using our services. You must also not abuse or bully our employees.
2. You are not a provider of services we offer or working with such providers.
3. You have read all the terms, conditions, and regulations of use.
4. Attempting to issue licenses or renew subscriptions illegally will expose you to legal liability, and all services provided to the client will be canceled without notice.
5. Our technical support responsibility is limited to our services only. For example, help with the operating system is not our responsibility - we may cooperate, but it's not our responsibility.
6. Training is for one person and one time only upon purchase and first use of the service, within one month of software purchase. Otherwise, fees are required.
7. We are not responsible for any errors in the use of software and hardware.
8. We are not responsible for granting employees access to software or hardware. The client is responsible for the privacy of services we provide and for their use by any other person.
9. We are not responsible for any loss of profits or economic losses of any kind resulting from information or services we provide.
10. Program management is the buyer's responsibility, for example: printing invoices and recording purchases.
11. We are not responsible for damage or loss of any data. Users must regularly backup the database and keep it in a safe place outside the device.
12. Any unauthorized use or distribution of this software or part of it, or infringement of its components, will force us to pursue legal action and seek maximum legal and criminal penalties.
13. Purchasing software products means issuing work licenses on the software and does not mean obtaining intellectual property rights or unauthorized distribution.
14. Once subscription renewal stops, the contract with the client ends.
15. The client agrees not to transfer the software to other devices.
16. We provide ready-to-use products and do not develop products according to customer wishes. All customer suggestions are of interest to us but are not necessarily implemented, except what may comply with the update standards of the product development team.

Disclaimer

We do not provide any express or implied warranties regarding our services or products - all are provided as is. We disclaim our liability clearly to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that services will be free from defects, errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

We, our agents, or distributors shall not be liable under any circumstances for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to: damages resulting from loss of profits, loss of information, business interruption, or other financial losses resulting from the use of any content or product on our website.

We reserve the right to change any products, services, prices, policies, or terms and conditions at any time without prior notice or reference to the client.

Software Refund Policy

The client may refund the amounts collected if work licenses on our software have not been issued within 3 days, and if you are not one of our competitors or collaborating with competitors. The client bears all costs associated with the refund process.

Hardware Refund Policy

The client may refund the device price within 3 days if the device packaging has not been opened, the device has not been exposed to any problems, is in new condition, and all packaging is available. The client bears all costs associated with the refund process.

Privacy Policy

Customer data is the responsibility of customers. We do not share any customer data with any other party and are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of customer data. We are also not responsible for the privacy of other parties such as, but not limited to: operating systems, SMS systems, or any other party.

The only information we share is your logo and that you are a customer with us.
